VISIOCRATES: NEW ARTIFICIAL VISION EQUIPMENT FOR INSPECTION OF RETURNABLE BOTTLE BOXES
VISIOCRATES is a box inspector with empty bottles before the discarder, ideal for controlling the logo on a box and its contents.
This model of equipment can act in different fields, among them its main functions is the determination of whether the bottles should be discarded or not, the types of bottles and the distribution of the boxes by types. It also distinguishes the bottles by height, size, color and material (glass and PET). Other functions would be the detection of dropped or rotated bottles, distinguishing foreign bodies inside the boxes, checking the presence of the bottle cap and even recognizing the color and logo of the bottom.
It would also be applicable in controls of boxes full of bottles after the filler, in the capping and nesting.

Compact equipment for applications with low space, low ROI (return on investment), productivity improvement and product quality improvement.
It consists of a closed enclosure with camera of different resolutions and illuminations (subject to application study) and a compact controller by means of a 10 ”touch panel PC that allows to adjust and control the production without the need for other screens.
In relation to smart cameras, this is the same or easier to use and has no limits on the possibility of controls (fully expandable without changing the hardware) or having to pay a very high investment.
It should also be noted that the built-in screen avoids long stops and delays, with its consequent loss of productivity and money, unlike the “smart cameras”.
As an option, you can even mount a small automaton capable of managing signals and encoders, which achieves a totally independent equipment (without the need for it to be powered by other equipment) at a very affordable price.
