DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW INSPECTION SYSTEM
DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW MULTISTEP RANGE DIVISION SYSTEM FOR STEPS BETWEEN PRACTICALLY NULL CONTAINERS (MULTISTEP S20H)
Smaller system than its predecessors, with a production capacity exceeding 800 bpm, intended for rejection or division of containers after machines that have a minimum passage between packages.
With more than 20 years of experience in these systems, E2M manages to develop an effective, efficient product with a virtually zero maintenance cost unlike other existing systems in the long-haul market or new ones without experience.
VISIOCRATES: NEW ARTIFICIAL VISION EQUIPMENT FOR INSPECTION OF RETURNABLE BOTTLE BOXES
VISIOCRATES is a box inspector with empty bottles before the discarder, ideal for controlling the logo on a box and its contents.
This model of equipment can act in different fields, among them its main functions is the determination of whether the bottles should be discarded or not, the types of bottles and the distribution of the boxes by types. It also distinguishes the bottles by height, size, color and material (glass and PET). Other functions would be the detection of dropped or rotated bottles, distinguishing foreign bodies inside the boxes, checking the presence of the bottle cap and even recognizing the color and logo of the bottom.
It would also be applicable in controls of boxes full of bottles after the filler, in the capping and nesting.
DEVELOPMENT TEAM% 22 BASIC% 22 WITH HIGH RANGE CAPACITY E2M TO COMPETITIVE WITH “SMART CAMERAS”
Compact equipment for applications with low space, low ROI (return on investment), productivity improvement and product quality improvement.
It consists of a closed enclosure with camera of different resolutions and illuminations (subject to application study) and a compact controller by means of a 10 ”touch panel PC that allows to adjust and control the production without the need for other screens.
In relation to smart cameras, this is the same or easier to use and has no limits on the possibility of controls (fully expandable without changing the hardware) or having to pay a very high investment.
It should also be noted that the built-in screen avoids long stops and delays, with its consequent loss of productivity and money, unlike the “smart cameras”.
As an option, you can even mount a small automaton capable of managing signals and encoders, which achieves a totally independent equipment (without the need for it to be powered by other equipment) at a very affordable price.
The quality requirements in the food industry place artificial vision systems at the top of the essential equipment in the food sector.
Among the multiple solutions offered by artificial vision systems for different industries, the differentiation and separation of products online is especially useful the beverage sector.
Ensuring product quality and optimizing packaging line efficiency is made possible by E2M’s Multistep reject system.
In the packaging line the orientation and placement of the product in the correct position is one of the most appreciated advantages of artificial vision in the industrial field.
Inspection systems for the detection of errors and defects in the packaging line are increasingly important in a wide variety of sectors.
Artificial vision in industrial environments has been consolidated as an indispensable tool for quality inspection and control of production processes.
We are pleased to announce the signing of a collaboration agreement with the company TECHNIQUES EMBOUTEILLAGE PACKAGING (TEP) based in Champagne, France.
