VISIOCRATES: NEW ARTIFICIAL VISION SYSTEM FOR THE RETURNING BOTTLES INSPECTION
VISIOCRATES is an inspecting system of empty bottle containers/cases before their dismantling. It’s an ideal way to control the content and the logotype of these boxes/cases.
This model can be applied in different ways. Its main functions are:
- To determine whether the bottles should be dismantled or not
- To determine the bottle kind and to distribute the cases according to their types
- To distinguish the bottles by height, size, color, and material (glass and PET)
- To detect fallen or turned bottles
- To detect the undesirable things inside the bottles,
- To verify the bottle cap
- To recognize the color and the background logo.
This system can also be applied for checking bottle containers after going through the filling machine, for the capping and the nesting of boxes.
DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW DIVIDING SYSTEM IN THE RANGE OF MULTISTEP FOR ALMOST NO EXISTING SPACE BETWEEN CONTAINERS (MULTISTEP S20H)
This is a new system which is smaller in size unlike the previous ones, and it has a production capability superior to 800 bpm, it is intended to reject or separate undesirable containers for machines that require minimum space between containers.
The 20 years of experience in the fabrication of such systems allow E2M to produce efficient products at almost no cost as compared to older systems on the market.
DEVELOPMENT OF "BASIC" EQUIPMENTS WITH E2M UPSCALE CAPACITY TO COMPETE WITH “SMART CAMERAS”
Basic systems are compact equipments intended to be put in place in less space, with a low ROI (return on the investment). These are efficient systems and helps enhancing the quality of products.
These systems are composed of a closed space with different lighting and various resolution cameras (subject of study before implementation) and a compact controlling system with a 10” monitor touch screen that allows adjustments and control of production all this on one single screen.
This system is easy to use unlike other smart cameras and there is no limit to its possibilities of production control (completely extensible and without hardware change) and it doesn´t need any high investments. The incorporated screen avoids long production breaks, thus a consistent productivity and no money loss, as compared to “smart cameras”.
The incorporated screen avoids long production stops, with their consequent productivity and money loses, in opposition to the “smart cameras”.
As an option, it is possible to add a small automaton able to manage signals and encoders, in order to have a completely independent system (without being supplied by other equipments), all this for a very affordable price.
